Your role :

  • Ensure efficient procedures and support management in daily activities;
  • Keep track of calendar, sort mail and perform other administrative tasks;
  • Accept and optionally forward incoming telephone traffic;
  • Receive visitors and customers;
  • Organize and prepare meetings;
  • Perform all secretarial and administrative activities regarding the entry and exit of staff, including handling correspondence and preparing HR-related documents;
  • Enter changes into the personnel information system and report changes to all (internal) persons and (external) agencies involved;
  • Answer questions from employees;
  • Responsible for the integration process;

About you :

  • MBO plus / HBO level of work and thinking;
  • Knowledge of office software packages and HR information systems;
  • Positive and motivating attitude;
  • Integrity and reliability, you are in the street to process sensitive and reliable information;
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Neat and precise working attitude.
