Your role :
- Ensure efficient procedures and support management in daily activities;
- Keep track of calendar, sort mail and perform other administrative tasks;
- Accept and optionally forward incoming telephone traffic;
- Receive visitors and customers;
- Organize and prepare meetings;
- Perform all secretarial and administrative activities regarding the entry and exit of staff, including handling correspondence and preparing HR-related documents;
- Enter changes into the personnel information system and report changes to all (internal) persons and (external) agencies involved;
- Answer questions from employees;
- Responsible for the integration process;
About you :
- MBO plus / HBO level of work and thinking;
- Knowledge of office software packages and HR information systems;
- Positive and motivating attitude;
- Integrity and reliability, you are in the street to process sensitive and reliable information;
- Good communication skills both verbal and written;
- Neat and precise working attitude.
